Why is Hugh not coaching PT up? Isnt that his deal. Isnt he suppose to be a QB guru? Two years later and PT is still trash. He is worse than when he got here. And all I heard last year was that our receivers were causing all the problems.

Hugh is trash and he will always be trash. He is good at buying players up to this point but his gameday coaching is the worse we have seen since Barfield
He has ZERO good wins and ZERO big moments on the field in two seasons
Only major failures. Some of the worst losses in any of our times watching Auburn. All in a season and a half

Once again, he hitched his wagon to a loser QB. That’s 100% on Freeze, especially this season after seeing how shitty he was last season. I don’t give him a pass for not getting a portal QB in the offseason. If he makes the same mistake twice, he will be fired in 2025, and I will be all for it.

Is your solution to fire him this year? You think any coach worth a shite will come here after what we’ve gone through, when we don’t give a coach more than one full recruiting class after he inherits one of the worst rosters in the country?
Sorry, but we will have him at least one more year. Is what it is. Don’t really understand why that concept is so hard for some of y’all to grasp or accept.
Even those championing Hugh the most agree that next year is it for him if there isn’t vast improvement.

LOL. The game was 31-7 and Hank Brown came in with ~7 mins left in the 4th quarter. What was Maryland playing at that point? Their 3rd string defense?
Yeah man, I've never seen a different QB come into complete garbage time of a blowout (with the other team just looking to go home) and all of a sudden start completing passes.
Your attempted point here is wild. No, the garbage time performance in a Bowl game blowout is not proof of anything.

I knew he would suck and was extremely disappointed when he was hired but I did not think he could possibly be this bad. Better talent than last year and he will likely finish with just 3 wins in what should have been at worst an 8 win season. I cannot think of a single coach in the SEC outside of Miss State's that would have us sitting at 3 wins at this point in the season with the very soft schedule we have faced. We just have to hope the NIL money guys are willing to way overspend to compensate for the poor offensive coaching. I doubt Hugh could take a roster of 20 5* offensive players and win more than 9 games.
