Not shooting the messenger but is your friend a professoinal evaluator of football talent? Did he coach football at somepoint?

Former player

ETA: Interesting note, he did say it looked like Frazier was doing some drills with the LB's (maybe Star practice).

Poop! Thats adds validity to his assessment.

Well at least he knows what he is talking about.

I have no problem with your friend saying we didn't look good... but I don't get how he can base win totals on the small portion they let visitors see.

Unless of course he's seen practice of Auburn's 12 opponents this august.

My little brother was a longsnapper at Auburn. Seriously.

Yea, he isn't just a nobody. He did admit that they didn't get to see a lot of stuff, though they got a lot of OL/DL drills. Said Patrick Miller did not have a good day.

Jay Prosch got thrown a bubble screen (though it didn't work well, really none of the bubble screens did).

Lots of slants and crossing patterns were done in the passing drills (skeleton drills and what not).

They are actually very vital to a team. Oh and if it was your brother who gave that assessment to Crazy, tell him to gtfo too...

Well, to be fair, we do this based off of what we read from other's accounts anyways, so him doing off of what he saw makes a lot more sense

Yep. I'm still holding out hope for 8-9 wins regardless. Get hot early and see what happens.

I haven't talked to anyone I know on the team since the beginning of camp but I did speak with some former players who have made it out to scrimmages and they said while the QBs didn't look Cam Newton good, they were highly talented could extend plays and make some jaw dropping plays.

I like my info better

He never played except home coming and some non-conference games. He did manage an SEC ring and got to snap practice balls to D Craig.
