Can I bitch about ESPN+ a little bit. I love it. Provides some shows and live events that aren't available on the ESPN channels. However in just over 1 year of having a subscription the monthly cost has gone from 4.99 to 5.99 a couple months ago, to now today moving to 6.99.

If I'm not mistaken some the SEC Network stuff will be on ESPN+ as well.

My biggest complaint is you have to have some kind of provider whether that is cable or other means, an ESPN package, and then also ESPN+. Just seems like a racket as the point and I still have to watch goofy arse commercials.

Anyway just wondering if anyone else has a sub and is dealing with the same crap.

You can get disney+, hulu(with ads) and espn+ for 13.99.
Disney + by itself is 7.99. So add 6.99 espn+ and your really getting hulu free. All in all 6.99 isnt bad for the content you get. You could find a friend and share log in details and share the price.

I get what you are saying just the price increase. It's not really about the amount just the constant going up. In a couple years it'll be $15-$20 per subscription service. That's one of the reasons I have kept the cord to keep both cable and streaming platforms honest. If all goes one way or the other it'll create a monopoly and prices will soar.

You can get the above three for "free" if you are a Verizon customer and have one of their 5G unlimited packages.

Disney+/ESPN+/Hulu, as well as 12 months of Discovery+ in the package we have.

The problem is if you stream, their stream is trash. Worst out there.
