Whoever the OC ends up being, you can expect him to be a quarterbacks guy. By Hugh's own comments, he is good at teaching QBs reads and how to play the position, but he enlists help from his OCs when it comes to teaching the QBs actual fundamentals

Gibson would be a decent hire. Broyles finalist last year and NC State had a pretty good defense this year. Not a household name, but solid credentials.

In 1990, NC State played Southern Miss in the All American Bowl in Birmingham. There was a 'lingerie party' for the NCS football players at my late stepfather's night club on Valley Avenue. shite you can't get away with, today. I was but a young lad. But I was there. I wouldn’t hate Gibson at all. Getting someone familiar with North Carolina isn’t terrible either. NC State has been very solid defensively under him and seem to be opportunistic with turnovers.

Gibson has no SEC experience and he’s already making $803.5K a year at NC State. No thanks.
