We fired the coach a month ago. How could we put all our eggs in the Kiffin basket knowing he was a bit of an eccentric guy? We should have 3 options that we had ready to say yes if it fell through. Apparently, the optics are we had to float Freeze to take the temp of the room, pun intended, and after that we basically are holding our dick.

Cohen looks like an idiot and we’re not even two months into his tenure. He could still look like a genius, but it’s starting to look less and less likely.

How we didn’t have someone locked up last night and a piece of paper in front of them to sign as the iron bowl went 00:00 is beyond me.
It’s been a month. We’ve had all the time in the world for interviews and due diligence. Been rebuffed by one candidate via dog twitter and now 20 other people have seemingly poisoned the well on choice number 2.

Why is Cohen making almost 1.5 million and he doesn’t have the balls to make a hire without leaking it before to gauge interest of fans. They gonna take a poll on orange jerseys next?

He should have had a list of at least 5 by now with at least 2 or 3 ready to go with what they wanted by today handed the highest one up the list still in it the job.
