We aren't hiring Caddy or Grimes. Too many great coaches. Dykes and Freeze are fantastic offensive coaches.

Dykes has been just below average at many places and caught lightning in a bottle in a dying conference, in a rare down year for both Texas and Oklahoma

And pretty much everyone else in the Big12.

TCU won't face a single team with double digit wins until the CFP, if they make it in.

Look at TCU's OC. That might tell you something.

Also, iirc almost every opposing starting QB TCU has faced has been injured in-game and those teams have had 2/3 string QB’s play against them the vast majority of the games. It’s not exactly like TCU is facing competent offenses.

TCU’s OC is Garrett Riley, Lincoln’s brother.

He’s also pretty dang good, would not be sad to see him at Auburn as a coordinator.

It's a pretty clear sign that he does not have much dick heat.

Hoke just wrote an article saying AU reps are talking to Sexton and Lane. Contract will be at least 10 million a year, maybe as high as 12. Muschamp could be the DC choice.

Lanning is off the hot board.

Freeze is in play because some money guys like him.

Knox Kiffin was on social media saying his dad wasn’t going anywhere. So there’s that. But how much do 12 year olds know or fully understand their parents’ career choices. Though being the son of a major HC is probably a little different in that regard.
