I’m not excusing Kiffin’s defense. I’m saying it can be improved into a formidable defense. Fact of the matter is the same shite was said about Heupel’s defenses and Heupel has shown you can bring in a good staff that will make defense more than enough adequate for a lightning fast offense.

Tennessee is balling at forcing turnovers, rush defense, and pass rushing at elite levels right now. Just in case you want to know Liberty also shines in those areas. It’s no mystery really. Can’t be worried about total defense if you’re scoring in 3 plays all the time

I didn't say it was an issue. But every time someone mentions Freeze the Lane fans want to start attacking everyone and trying to claim he is the GOAT until everyone starts pushing back. Then it starts an argument on both sides and more people jump in and so on.

The fans on either side aren't going to agree on who should be the #1 choice. Neither one may even be on Auburn's short list for whatever reason.

I knew someone would do that.

I can’t think of the “next Saban” the next Urban. Kirby isn’t going anywhere. I believe Bama will be discussing Kliff Kinsbury, Kiffin, Dabo, Sarkisian, etc. The next tier down kind of guys

We have been discussing top candidates for over a month now.

Dabo has fallen off a Cliff and I’ve never gotten the sense that Bama has taken a liking to Dabo.

*Urban is currently tier 3 for me personally. His career is damaged. Even when it wasn’t damaged Dabo was negative recruiting his old age.
