I’ve been thinking about this too. Not specifically what you’re saying but I’m having a hard time being disappointed with nearly anyone mentioned so far. And not because we’ve message board rumored a murderer’s row of coaches or anything but because we’re in such a prolonged stagnant and boring spot the last 5 years. Grimes seems fine to me
Also just wanted to remind everyone that that our paysites typically do a poor job accurately detailing things such as coaching searches. We kind of ignore that fact when we’re desperate for news

In fairness to Corch, he’s a Jefferson county area coach. Which probably makes him a better source of information than most people that troll around the paysites. Just don’t make fun of him or he tightens that butthole up

Hoke’s insider today is something he has said all week he couldn’t release until today. Which is fine, but it’s stuff we’ve been talking about here all week. The names are the same people we talked about 2 years ago. The storylines are the same too. To me, that kind of suggests they don’t have information. They’re essentially just adding fluff to what the fans are saying.
I do think they’re on the right track with the AD stuff. When we’re desperate for change and information we sometimes forget that the paysites typically do poorly with this stuff

I don't believe anything Hoke (or anyone else) says about a coaching search. We should have learned that lesson last go around. I don't doubt Sanders, Grimes, Freeze and Kiffin will be looked at, but that's just common sense and doesn't take insider knowledge.

Any list that you see right now, for any coaching job, not just ours, is going to be bullshite.

Even though it's inevitable, we still haven't fired Harsin. I'd hope we've reached out to people, but who probably can't be reported yet because most would have a current job. Right?
