Interesting / good to find out how old some of us are. Adds perspective. Never forget! 
That's Captain Ron Anders (eldest son / Anders Bookstore) from Auburn in the back next to Aubie. He was a few years ahead of me at AHS. He was a pretty good football player (DB) as was his younger brother Kirk (OL). Nice guys, good Auburn people. Ron took over for his dad and ran Anders for...always I guess.

I know a few in that picture. I’ve known (Mayor) Ron from way back then and still get get to catch up occasionally. Mike Pauley & his wife are some the best folks I’ve ever known…really good people that I don’t get to see as often as I’d like these days.
I’ve actually gotten to meet & spend some time with “My Crush “ a handful of times at some social events throughout the years.
And yeah, of course I ‘fessed up about my crush (with my wife standing by my side), and we had a good laugh about it (even my wife was cool with it, because as she said : “she’s STILL hot…of course you had a crush on her”)
