Wife and i have been together forever. Lived in our hometown when we got married. Al;ways had big traditional meals on christmas eve. The first year we moved up here, we were sitting around on EVE and looked at each other. "What are we going to eat"? All we had that was easy was some taco stuff. And the tradition started.

Been having a Mexican feast on Christmas eve for 20 years now. My mom is not a fan.

We live near Gainesville GA and if you have ever been there, you will know that we are just products of our environment.

Was promised by the GF's family "Feliz Navidad" for Christmas Eve. I was told not to eat before leaving because they would have dinner and I love Mexican food.

It is 8:30, they only have lime flavored tostidos and cheese dip right now and "dinner" is basically a ground beef soup with salsa. My GF may not make it through the night

This is bordering on insulting. I'm pretty sure going to Taco Bell would be an upgrade on the "Mexican" food I am having tonight.

Ate some of the butt I cooked last night, Mac and Cheese I made today, chicken my dad cooked today, and baked beans, cole slaw, and chocolate trifle my aunt made. Pretty solid meal.

Also, our only real movie tradition is putting it on TBS and watching A Christmas Story about 15 times between Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
