Apparently our OC has to be much more than a recruiter because it's stupid to bring someone to fill such an important position. We have to have someone who understands football as much as anyone and is a good schemer and play caller. But we also have to have someone who doesn't care about running their own system and is fine being an underling because Harsin is an offensive guy. I'm sure that person is out there somewhere right.

You have done nothing but bitch. I have no idea who the next OC will be. However, I know for a fact that Harsin has forgotten more about football than any poster here knows. He may make a bad hire. He may make a great hire. Only time will tell either way. Constantly bitching about it does nothing but make you look bad.
