Side note... Just saw espn hyping our game this weekend. Be awhile since I've seen that, felt good.

There is a thread started by JHoke on the bunker about Jake Holland and how everyone is projected the defenses faults onto him which he says is ridiculous
It is pretty comical. Especially since it is all JHolland's fault

*goes to check out bunker and praise Hoke for having intelligence*

Hoke is saying that Holland is not the root cause of our defenses problems.
Last time I checked, the stats of our defense significantly improves on plays he isn't in the game.
*I am going with my gut on this one because frick jake holland

You don't even need stats, Jake's play doesn't pass even a cursory eye test. When my MOTHER asks who that #5 is and why he can't tackle anybody, it's bad.

I realize all the breakdowns on the D do not lie at the feet of Jake Holland, but our defense clearly becomes better when he is absent. I am no expert, but I am with some who can put the dots together about the poor play of Jake.
Even Lanier has given up...

I was watching the game at a wedding in the north vs Wash St and people who had no idea about Auburn were saying "That white linebacker blows"
off topic: I was close to having been the last poster in every thread on the SEC OT Board. fricking that shite for the guy who ruined it

All you gotta know right here boys..
:beatdeadhorse: I lol'd so hard while watching.
Honestly, I hope he hits Hill at the hole hard to at least allow the others to get in on it, and on the pass plays is servicable.
My negabarner is in full swing:
38-17 LSU (no rain)
27-14 LSU (rain)

Craig Sanders not traveling with the team this weekend. Ligament damage in the knee but should be back by Ole Miss.
Frick that. I'm a senior and this is my last game in Tiger Stadium. I would be on that bus one way or another

You're limited on the number of players who can travel to away conference games(wanna say it's around 55 or 60)... no reason to take a guy you know has zero chance of playing and him taking a spot of a guy who will contribute.

that shouldn't surprise anyone... malzahn was asked about him this week and said he's bascially in the same 'day to day' category as Whitaker -- a dude who tore his ACL.
severe ankle sprains are no joke and take a couple weeks for the swelling to go down and to regrain strength... CBs can't afford a bad wheel, especially against their WRs.
hopefully he'll be back for ole miss after the bye week.

One area in which Mettenberger can exploit Auburn is against the blitz. The Tigers have not generated a sack in 31 dropbacks this season, when sending five or more rushers.
Crap.
