Yep.. Our players act like it's above them to move explosively unless they're trying to score. It's very, very unbecoming. I'd hate for effort to be exerted to contest a 3 ball, that'd be way above them.

Hideous basketball. UAB is probably going to beat us.

Really disappointed in Dunans the most. He was acting like he was in another world. No senior leadership from him.

LaRon needs to start until Spencer wakes up. I don't think he'll ever 'get it' with starting way too early in his development, and he was on a shitty team last year. Give me 1 year of senior Vot over 10 years of Spencer at this point.

Love how Pearl doesn't sugarcoat shite. Sounds like cohesiveness is an issue. That can resolve itself throughout a season but if it doesn't its going to be a long one...again.

Strongly agree. Spencer is great at committing fouls right when we get the game in a fast tempo and are scoring points. He did it last night. Then, each time he commits one, he storms off like it was the wrong call and the refs are out to get him.

He needs to mature a bit, take responsibility for his stupid fouls, and somehow increase his basketball IQ. He'll come around.

To be fair, last night he got hit with three ridiculous fouls for just putting an arm in the back of that fat guy posting up. We are witnessing the pussification of CBB if those are going to be called from now on.

I don't mind freedom of movement calls as long as long as the refs do a good job.

Unfortunately, college refs don't do a good job and can't handle it like the NBA has been able to

Consistency is the biggest thing. I've seen him do that in probably every game he's played in since he's been here and last night it's a foul? I just don't get what the officials are trying to achieve. Overall, last night was a better called games than all of the other home games. It wasn't bogged down by fouls.
