I think I underestimated Harper at first. He's got the awareness to be a very good college player. Just more passing, less long 3 point shooting.

If he makes his 3PT shots at >35% from half court, he should shoot it every time. That would be the equivalent of a 50+% from 2FG% plus longer rebounds typically benefit offensive rebounding

Offensive rebound
What is this "offensive rebound" you speak of?

I wish Bryce Brown would learn how to shoot a 3 again. Last year the kid was lights out. Anytime he touched the ball (with the limited minutes he got) you pretty much knew it was going in. This year is the definition of "sophomore slump" and it's frustrating as hell to see.

He was incredibly streak/inconsistent shooting 3s last year. He'd have games where he was on fire

-Arkansas 9/14 from 3PT
- Bama 4/6 from 3PT
- Tennessee 5/9 from 3PT

He'd also have games where he couldn't hit the broad side of a barn

-UGA 2 of 10
-Vandy 0 of 6
- Xavier 0 of 4
- Bama 1 of 6

Heron looks anything but smooth to me driving to the basket. He always has to force some weird shot, granted he makes a decent amount.

Heron doesn't do a good job finishing at the rim wrapping around bigger rim defenders. He banks on drawing a foul going straight at them, which doesn't happen if a good rim protector goes in his "Cone of verticality" ( )

Unless something dramatic happens, everyone should be back.

Heron - Offensive game is good for a freshman. He hasn't shown NBA quality finishing around the rim or shooting.

Purifoy- Hasn't developed the post skills to be a NBA stretch 4, doesn't have the slice & dice skills to be a NBA 3

I guess if a guy like TJ Lang graduates early, he could leave for playing time at a smaller school.

I never said anything about finishing, just the drive itself It's probably because I'm used to seeing him and Dunans drive, with Dunans looking totally out of control 75% of the time
