Who would have ever imagined that tickets for a SEC regular season basketball game would be harder to get than tickets to the Sugar Bowl.

Yep. One of my dad's work friends was looking and couldn't find anything under $90. I'm just going to be pissed if there are a bunch of empty seats when people are/were asking that much.

I think a lot of people are using up vacation days and see this as something to do. At least that's my hope.

Was told by someone in athletics that the problem is getting people who bought tickets to show up.
Someone in development said they had a court side ticket holder call them upset someone was in their seat.
As in, they didn't show up, didn't give away tickets, sell tickets. That is why all courtside seats should have a nametag on them

100% truth. I've heard a guy in the ticket office say the same thing. A guy called them bitching because someone was in their seat that they saw on TV.

Yea, those people infuriate me. I don't understand why you'd buy those seats and not use them or donate them or something.
Never noticed this, but Frankie puts all the guards through shooting warm ups in pregame.
Edit: the courtside seats actually have sheets of paper on them, I'm guessing with names

Yea, it's great for the team. He's a tough player and absolutely looks like he can still ball.
The "student" section is full, but it's definitely not even close to all students
