We play great defense, score just enough points to win and try to win with defense at the end. If we stepped it up on special teams, we will have fully regressed to 2006 Auburn.

Yep. Gus was a breath of fresh air from Tubs. But now he's Tubs 2.0: kick field goals and pray the defense can stop someone.

Nah, there's a lot more upside.
Gus, grow balls again.

Yeah that was peak Tubershell...2007 was typical Tubershell...then 2009 happened

The Tony Franklin system was an epic failure.

It looks like English to me. Franklin was in 08, Chiz was HC in 2009

I’ve wondered what Tubs would have done had he stayed. I don’t think we win an NC in 2010, but I think we beat Bama in 2009 and don’t see the clusterfricks of 2011 and 2012.

Well, I think we can start to think you're right.

Rod and Stan were even commenting on how our special teams are spectacular this year.

When did Brannigan become fricking psychic?

Or is it psycho?

I forget.

I swore up and down from 2009-2014 that I'd a thousand times rather deal with good defense/no offense than the good offense/no defense we had to deal with for a while, so at least it's that, haha

You can win games with a shitty offense/great defense. The other way around puts too much pressure on the offense to score every single drive
