Fam, I don't think you are HARD. Of course, you could be HARD, I'm still confused about the whole thing. The thing is we must be HARD in times like these. Or, maybe not.

I'm a bit worried about our 2 quarterback system. Let's go with the one that doesn't trip our running backs.

Exactly, and if anyone wants a refresher just go watch last Friday's exotic UCF offense against Da Ville.

It's bad now, but I swear some.of y'all have forgotten how bad the Malzahn offense had gotten.

Yea probably... I may just be letting it blend together weirdly in my head but I felt like he moved away from having real running QBs in the later years.

We should definitely run our entire offensive scheme before we face a ranked team.

Get back with us and report on what you see this Saturday against PSU.

If we win, will you get "back to us" with anything positive? I doubt it but expect nothing but negative regardless the outcome.

Most certainly.
I haven't seen much in the way of positive since the 2nd Q of the MSU game last year though. (The anomaly of the first 57 minutes of defense in the turd game notwithstanding).
I really hope I see something to give me the warm fuzzies against PSU.

ETA: My point in the original replay was that IMHO, we have seen what the offense is in the first 2 games. I hope we have held back and played really vanilla, but I just don't see good execution at that level.
So to expect some new wrinkles just doesn't bode well for the results if we even try it.

Bryan Harsin doesn’t make me HARD.

He makes me fricking Livid About Crappy Coaches In Desperation.

I don't get that teams like Marshall, App State, ECU can play big boy offensive football and it looks like we struggle at the simplest things. It's been that way the last 4-5 years. Route trees, blocking, and player development in general seems lackluster.

Development plays a big role in that. It's how the G5 schools survive.

The downside for them is that with the transfer portal, it's entirely possible that they'll develop a player for 2ish years, and then that player will transfer out.

I'm always amazed at how well some of the lower ranked 2-3* play for other schools.
