Hartline has spent the past three seasons as the offensive coordinator at NCAA Division II Ohio Dominican in Columbus, Ohio. He is the younger brother of Ohio State wide receivers coach Brian Hartline, who has assembled one of the premier wide receiver rooms in the nation for the Buckeyes since being elevated to his current role in 2019. Hartline, prior to taking the OC job at Ohio Dominican, served as quality control and quarterbacks assistant at Cincinnati from 2017-18. He was also an intern on Urban Meyer's coaching staff at Ohio State from 2015-16.

Not a chance (i know you're probably joking)
OSU lucked out big time with him. Dude is as good of a recruiter as they come, and all he wants to do is coach WR's at OSU, and he is looking to be a good coach too.
