I played the game from age 6 to 22. I understand the scoring of a book. I played SS. I damn sure know what a FC is.

The only "unrecorded stat" is a sac........of which I posted the official rule on sacs. Either a bunt or a fly ball that scores a run.
ETA a BB or hit by pitch is also an 0-0 in the book.......meaning no official AB

3 of the worst ABs you will ever see. Just straight up watching strikes go by with the bat on our shoulders. Surely we make a change here on the mound.

Jumping in late, but as official scorer for all 4 years of my high school baseball career....
There's no stat for FC in the box score, only in the official scorebook.
For example, runner at first, batter grounds to first baseman. First baseman throws to second to get the force, but batter beats the throw back to first. Lead runner is out 3-4 (or 3-6 depending on who makes the putout. Batter reaches first in a FC. Demoted so when finishing the box score at the end of the game you account for plate appearances but don't tally a hit or an error.
In all my time scoring, if a runner at second moved to third on a 3U putout, never did that advance get marked as a FC. In essence (and I guess by rule( it is, but I have never seen that actually used.

I always marked the FC in the books, but then again, I was a little OCD when it came to stat keeping
