I had a feeling we weren't the favorite, but I figured he would still end up in the Southeast somewhere.

I think the Reed tweet above was about the transfer DT commit last night.

On Roderick Robinson — the announcement date follows his UCLA official visit. UGA and UF offered him today. I don’t think his recruitment is over but that date doesn’t bode well for Auburn, IMO

KN posted we've offered 4* TAMU commit DL Anthony James and 4* 2024 RB Chauncey Bowens. 3* OT Connor Stroh visited today, haven't seen anything about how it went, maybe there'll be more info tomorrow.

2023 3* SDE Jaren Woods
2023 3* ATH Jackson Carver
2025 UR OT Brayden Jacobs(son of Brandon)

2024 UR OT Chase Malamala ( Teammate of 4* RB Chauncey Bowens)

Someone get Deion Smith a nice NIL deal stat. Not real interested in Peppins at WR, would just be another body.

3* LB from GA. Has had some decent offers from UT and UNC but UF offered a month ago and AU offered this week.

Definitely a guy to watch because he’s got 1 year of eligibility and Auburn obviously has opportunity there with Zakoby gone.

Appreciate you guys bringing stuff to this thread

Dukes posted a new scoops here's a run down:

4* CB Avieon Terrell will make a decision this summer and it's down to us, Clemson, and Michigan State. He likes where we currently sit

Multiple P5 coaches feel if Auburn can pull together an 8-9 win season they'll be a force in recruiting for years to come. This is based on how much buzz there's been around Auburn from the metro Atlanta area over the past couple months.

One coach said " Auburn itself ain't a hard sell they can "get right" in a hurry if they win some games. They're doing better recruiting around Atlanta than before for sure"

UGA is getting close to having 4* OT Bo Hughley shut down his recruitment completely. Auburn is the only school keeping the door open. He said he'd have more next week.

Auburn has reached out to some of the trainers of former players that entered the portal due to "lack of communication" and "culture fit" and the response from trainers was positive. Dukes said Trainers and 7 on 7 coaches are influential in recruiting and he's heard Auburn has done a good job salvaging those relationships.

Expect Auburn to get involved with 4* interior lineman Caleb Holmes of creekside in the future.

3* DL Joshua Horton wants to make his college decision with his family and his family's ability to visit Auburn more frequently than other schools recruiting him due to proximity bodes well for the Tigers.

multiple coaches were there evaluating him and says that Horton is one of the biggest sleepers on the DL this year.

4* S and Auburn Commit Terrance Love is solid to Auburn, but Tennessee and Arkansas are interested and are pushing him to OV. He says he'll have more next week

Transfer Portal target JMU LB Diamonte Tucker-Dorsey is a topic of conversation among several coaches at the game and think with him only having one year left of eligibility he wants to go somewhere he's "the guy" or a starter. According to one of the coaches He(Tucker-Dorsey) knows the LB room better than the coach does the coach said he's got "guys" so he can't promise him a spot, but said if he's as good as what he's seen you find a way to get him on the field.

Look for Auburn to target the Midwestern area of the country in the coming weeks. He says he hears one of the prospects has feet as sweet as "suga". He'll have more on said prospect coming next week.

I really like DT Joshua Horton. The kid is an absolute unit. I think. I also think we’re gonna beat out Clemson for Terrell.

KN posted an update about Stroh's visit he said that according to someone close to Stroh that the visit is going great. Stroh is impressed by the people at Auburn and the family feel. Auburn is focusing on the culture, the future, and on winning. They're selling him hard on their vision of a great future. A winning future

KN said that based on what he's been told what has stood out to Stroh on this trip(and the others he's taken) is the film and position review, he loves getting into the why? and how? of football and considers himself a student of the game and Auburn's tapping into that. He said Jason will probably have more tomorrow

With rare exceptions, AU shouldn't want to sign any skill guys from Utah. RB's and TE's? Absolutely yes. WR's? No.

Judging from where they landed, or didnt land at all, Id say it was more a lack of talent than culture fit. That is the one good thing about the portal, no more pampering, if you arent performing we can kick you to the curb, some kids will learn to grow up.

He’s like 5’8 too. He better be Percy Harvin if he comes to Auburn.

I’m going to start this off by saying I love KN and everything he brings to the table. He’s been fantastic for 247 and AU’s recruiting coverage for close to a decade. I know he recently lost his mom as well and that’s a heartbreaking thing to go through.

At the same time, it’s pretty clear that he’s checked out and has been for a while. Honestly surprised that Ron Sanders is keeping him on. It was apparent that there was something going on when all the rumors were floating of KN moving to UF’s On3 site. I’d be shocked if he’s with 247 by EOY.

I’m still surprised that opportunity isn’t talked about all that much when it comes to playing on the OL here. Definitely underscores the importance of winning and having good guys in the room
