I am just now watching the presser:
Thorne did struggle at the scrimmage while Ashford did well comparatively which gave Hugh the doubt.
Robby will get reps with the 2s.
He also called Holden the most natural passer of all of them. His decision making apparently isnt there.
Apparently, the media shot out a video from practice that Hugh did not like.

I agree with you man, for the life of me I can't understand people who are anti the guy who won the competition. If you give Thorne decent time to throw like 2021, he'll look all-conference or at least solid. If you give him no time like our buddy Bo then the result will be his 2022 season. It says A LOT that this guy can show up in summer and learn a system in half the time of the other QBs. He was also elected to a leadership council by teammates over dudes who've been at Auburn a Year longer. Freeze picked the veteran to start the season but if he plays poorly Robby will get his chance. Hugh freeze is NOT Gus, lets give him a chance to screw up before we second guess.
