Kind of makes sense of what the former player who was at the scrimmage complaining about the receivers not blocking down field.

Dont worry about the WR's. I was told last week that they were plenty experienced and was one of the best groups on the team.

No need to worry baw. We good. Hell, one guy has 5 years experience. Of course he only has 55 catches at Notre Texas in those 5 years but hell, experienced is experience.

I won't be convinced of that until the injured return and I get to see them perform myself. Until then I am not going to say a damn thing about being good.

No. But I do follow some of the stupidity here. People making crazy, insane, observation of some really weird reasons.

I hope they are amazing and the best group we have ever had. I only stated that it's a brand new group with no experience. Yes some of them are not "kids" like I initially stated but they are going to be facing some tough competition with very little experience facing it.

Hopefully the first few games give them a chance to get in rhythm with who ever we have at the wheel. We have had WR issues for a while. Im not convinced that bringing in some guys from lower level programs is going to fix it. That position has a lot of "jobs"; Blocking is just one of them.

IF Robby is back there, they will need to be able to catch any pass that is within 20 yards of them. Big ask

Burton does not fall in that category sir. He was at OSU and found by Hartline who many consider a WR genius. Not saying he isn't inexperienced because he did not get a lot of playing time if any, but if Hartline picked him, he probably has a lot of skill. I hope he blows up.

Shane Hooks does and Hooks is going to be an impact player for us this year.

Apparently Zeke Walker had a really good day too.

That is good news. He has just been plagued with injuries his whole time here. He was a top 100 recruit out of HS, just never been healthy.

He brought one brother home, lets see if he can convince the other.
