Wendell Green should not be the starting PG next season. I hope Pearl learned his lesson this year.

He has not.

Guaranteed.

The final sideline out of bounds play, SLOB, was beautifully executed as far as moving the ball and getting a clean look.

Bruce is really good at BLOBs and SLOBs.

Just need a better than 30% three point shooter putting it up.

Green is fine. His largest issue was the lack of help he received out of the other guard spot.

We asked him to carry too much of the load. Jasper had the lion share of minutes alongside Green and he offered no scoring threat.

Our substitution pattern was forced to run KD when Green was typically resting because you can’t afford to run Donaldson and Zep together.

Go find a shooter (which it appears we are) and continue to develop Donaldson. Reduce the # of minutes Wendell has to carry the load and give him some legit scoring threats to play alongside. We do that and we’ll be back into a contender next year.

With Holloway coming in, we’ll be flexible on how we use Wendell. That is exciting to me.

I’m more than fine with a 10. Much better than 8/9 imo and having to go against a 1 if we win first round. Hope they don’t bone us though

Laziest team I’ve seen under pearl. No scorers.

Jared Harpers group would destroy our current team.

37-19 on the boards. How does Jaylin only get 1 rebound in 30 minutes? Pathetic

Jaylin really struggled. Worst game ever

Thank goodness for Wen, KD and CMO

Saw on another board that in Jaylin’s 105 games at Auburn, he had only recorded double digit rebounds 3 times. That is insane for someone who plays the 4.

He has a sick 10 foot game. And that’s why he starts.

His defense is slow. His rebounding is weak. He doesn’t really attack. His 3 is decent for his position but for the most part he isn’t as effective in the transition game. Having a 4 that is only average at defense and weak at rebounding is tough sledding for Auburn

Some of y’all just need to stick to football. This team is far from lazy. If they were lazy we would be sitting at 15 wins.

This team is out talented most nights when they take the floor and still somehow clawed it’s way to a tournament bid. This might be one of the best coaching jobs Bruce has had at AU.

Excluding Westry and Traore who are non factors, our highest rated player is KD and then maybe Tre?

He’s a three IMO in the likes of a Stacey Augmon. Just not sure he is quick enough for guarding

Jang, agree. He’s a 3 all day.

I accidentally fat fingered a thumbs down

Someone needs to go up to the selection committee and force them to put us in Birmingham

They better do it
