What's the too-early gut feeling on #9? That would be our home game vs. Georgia on 2/1
Considering going to that one. It's one of the few that work with my schedule

If we are favored for the first 8 games of the conference schedule, and Georgia is the ninth conference game, and its at home, the feeling should now be we should be favored for the first nine games.

You're right but I think the delineation there is that we play @West Va in between our 8th and 9th conference games. We will almost certainly be a single digit dog in that game.
7-2 in the first 9 we can work with. 8-1 or 9-0 should be the goal.
The Last 9:
@UT
@A&M
Bama
Missouri
@Vandy (never easy)
Ole Miss
@Kentucky
@Bama
UT
6-3 on the back 9 would be phenomenal. 4-5 is probably more likely than 6-3 from where I sit.

Yea my bad we should be small favorites in the first 9 sec games. 7-2 should be the expectation

I think it could go either way, and a little worse, or a little better depending on how our guard play comes together, and if we can cut down on the sloppy TOs.
One thing for sure, it won't be boring.

I'm somehow convincing myself that we start 9-0 in the SEC and hang on to win the SEC reg season. I'm also about 99% sure we wont do that but here we are

This team is going to struggle to win on the road… just go ahead and prepare for it.

I'm right there with you. One 20 point win against a lesser P5 opponent and I've talked myself into it.

Guess we see what has kept him at Auburn despite no playing time

I have to believe we’ll struggle some at home too. Wouldn’t be shocked if we drop tomorrow’s game against UF. Castleton gets hot and anything can happen.

I got us going 11-7 in conference and a huge swing game at WV. We win the WV game on the road and win 1 or 2 in the SEC tournament and I think we are a 6 seed in the big dance.
