You liked it because we had 23 turnovers and 25 fouls and barely lost on the road. At least that’s my interpretation.

I see a team that’s able to lose in multiple ways OOC schedule has been atrocious by losing to the only two teams with a pulse.

Auburn plays Washington and we definitely need that win.

What is our recipe for making the NCAA tournament if we 0 for in the OOC?

Bill Walton is the worst basketball commentator in the fricking world. It took me a while to time up our radio broadcast to the TV, but I eventually did it and turned that MFer off. frick that guy.

Smart man. I watched our turnovers while listening to him.

Going 10-8 in SEC play will get it done. I think we have a chance to find our stride offensively. A lot still rides on Green but Donaldson’s emergence is huge. Jaylin and Flanigan are looking good. Was very encouraged with Broome tonight as well. A lot of pieces, need to find the best 8 and run with it. Might have to give up on Traore and Westry soon.

We will have a chance in every SEC game outside of maybe at Rupp and at UT.

We have to win maybe 7 out of 9 at home if you ask me with some nice quad 1/2 wins. We will have Florida/ Arkansas/ Tennessee/ Bama and so on at home.

We have @ Ole Miss (we never win there) @ Bama @UK @LSU @Tennessee @Vandy (this is always a hair puller) plus @ West Virginia and so on.

I struggle to see three good road wins.

Part of it is that nobody in the SEC wows me this year. UT should have lost to this USC team at a neutral site. Bama is very talented but plays young. UK I think will win the SEC but still looks lost right now. I like our chances to hit our stride. Jaylin is key. Healthy WG is key. 10-8 seems very doable to me and a chance to get hot and go 12-6 or so. Matchup-wise UT and MSU scare me the most but I think we win 8 SEC home games and find 2 or 3 on the road .

I do agree UW has become something of a must-win

The SEC does have unknowns everywhere but is that enough for our offense to overcome?
Tre and Broome are building a rhythm. Flanny played decent. But do we have enough firepower to blow by defenders or shoot the ball. I don’t think we do.

Once our offense starts clicking and we aren’t letting defenses dictate our possessions I’ll be right there with you. If it doesn’t happen then it wasn’t our year. Bruce is a great coach and he will figure it out again.

Edit: I like Jaylin a lot. He is very efficient with his three touches a game throughout his whole career at Auburn lol.

I think there are always going to be games where we just fall flat with Bruce Pearl at the helm, but he gets them to learn from their mistakes most of the time. The turnover bug hit us yesterday among other things.

Jaylin Williams mom says Jaylin has a badly bruised shoulder and is in concussion protocol. We might not have him Wednesday

To go along with our conversation I hope we find our straw that stirs our drink Wednesday. We have plenty of “pieces.”

Time for Traore to show what he’s got.

Green and Jaylin are the two injuries this team can't really afford but better now than in February. You're right Jang, could be a chance for a couple other guys to emerge, or perhaps they won't...

Crap. I was planning on doing the free 7 day trial of Fubo TV ultimate package in order to get the Pac -12 network for tonight's game. Canceling tomorrow, but a 9 PM tip? Screw that. I can't be trying to go to sleep at 11:30 pissed off or excited. I hate the Eastern time zone.

Yeah I’m thinking I’ll watch the first half hoping we are up like 20 and go to sleep. If it’s close I’ll watch the rest in the morning. If we are down big I’ll never watch, delete browsers from my phone, and check in on the team in January

Reminder that Washington runs the Syracuse 2-3 zone. It will be interesting to see how we do against it tonight, especially if Jaylin is out. He has been our answer to the little zone we have seen this year.

I would work Chris Moore and Flanagan some into that high post spot. Traore might get some looks too.
