Rusty thinks UGA has made a big move for Pickens tho he isn't ready to make a pick for the Dawgs. He also claims that a source told him Pickens almost signed with UGA in December
FWIW KN has dismissed that rumor in the past when a random message board poster on UGA 247 brought it up so interesting Rusty is repeating it again

Same story. All these writers are pumping out repetitive articles to help drum up interest in NSD next week.
These sites are hurting having the main recruiting day be during the season versus the off season.

This has to be the case... having the Feb signing become essentially an afterthought has got to really be killing 247 and Rivals bottom lines.

Either KN is really in the dark on this one or Rusty has bad insiders from Pickens camp. We'll see who is right.

Miami went in home with Pickens before his OV to Tennessee. Apparently one of their coaches coached his older brother at Arkansas State
However, their recruiting guy still thinks he sticks with Auburn

There is just too much neg out there for grimes. How long is he gonna stay regardless if Gus doesn’t get fired etc.....
Only consistency can overcome and not sure his personality is infectious enough even then.

Nothing against Grimes and old people in general, but that picture of him with Ira was discouraging. He looks like he should be on the golf course and not recruiting kids. I heard he is tough as nails but there has to be a better blend between tough as nails (Grimes) and recruiter( Hand.)

Well if we were to hire another guy strictly for his recruiting, I’d hope for Tosh Lupoi or Mario Cristobal recruiting success.

2020 3* RB Kobe Pryor made it to junior day. KN says he was met by Caddy when he arrived
