He definitely lacks the top end speed, but he isn’t slow by any means. Kind of runs like Pettway where it is one cut and then he starts galloping. Wonder if we’re looking at him as a RB or LB?
ETA: that is about Tye Edwards, not the kid from Prattville.

You won’t be able to tell much from tolliver’s tape. Great frame though. Just a big kid playing against a bunch of small white kids. Technique is definitely raw.
