But his point is perfectly valid with regard to possible effects on recruiting. Because the effect of those horrible dawgs winning wasn't just winning the SECCG to recruit on, but also a trip to the Rose Bowl for the NC Playoffs.
You don't think having those 2 things is a benefit to recruiting? And, if so and if AU had won the game, AU would have had those benefits, no?

So sounds like AU turning heat up on Oladele. They had moved his OV to January but after visiting him today he's now expecting to OV this weekend and commit shortly after. Wonder if AU decided to go ahead and get him on board with Ole Miss trying to make a run and FSU possibly lurking. Curious to see if he signs early now

May of been posted already but Barton Simmons said Tank Jenkins was the top performer today at AL MS practice. Seth Williams and Ross were also top performers on the bama side

It's crazy. Stephenson has three big time 2020 players and they have all already committed. One to Bama, one to UGA and now one to AU. Not sure I have ever seen that before

Just saw we got a RB commit.. I have to look more into him, but first impressions are he has good vision and balance. Good between the tackles runs, but speed seems like an issue. There are a handful of runs that it looks like he should break for a long TD only to get caught by a guy with an iffy angle. I have some digging to do though.
