TigerPaw, any update on Saivion Smith? I know he was supposed to leave his OV yesterday afternoon, but I haven't seen rivals put anything out. Wondering if KN had any update on him? Couldn't think of a more ideal player to step into Carlton's spot once he declares after this year, and gotta think that performance against Bama helped since they are his leader.

Been eerily quiet on Smith. Haven't seen anything from anybody. Since we are in full posibarner mode that obviously means he silently committed to us & we are just keeping it under wraps until Dec 20 so Saban can't pay him more than we have already committed too...

Haha I like that train of thought. It has been eerily quite, which to be honest does usually mean good news after an OV. I'm sure we get an update at some point today.

An insider at AUFamily feels really good with where we stand with him. He has had some really good info in the past and he hates Gus so there is no reason why he would be lying.

If everything else falls into place the way it's shaping up we are a top OT and one more big time corner away from a really good class.

I would love to steal Gouraige away. Was one of my favorites over the summer. Not sure if it's gonna happen but that would be a hell of a late steal

Well, when he visits I hope he still has that same look on his face of complete devastation that he had at the end of the Iron Bowl. I also hope he keeps asking Savion Smith to repeat anything he says cause Saban's ears are still ringing from the noise level of JHS.

Mullen re offered 3* OT Jerome Carvin today. Also visited him today. He is out of OVs tho which is interesting

Ya he's undersized but very fast and trucks people. If there's a coach that isn't gonna care about size it's Travis Williams
