KN reported late last night that 4* LB Zakoby McClain will not be visiting this weekend. Going to LSU instead. KN says staff still feels good about him.
Personally, LSU has always been team that scared me. He's had them in his top group despite never visiting. We will see what happens after his visit but definitely disappointing not getting him on campus

If he's never been and wanting to finally pull the trigger... I'd want to see what they are all about too. He might have finally reached, push has to come time, and this is the final bit for his selection. Hope has a good time, eats well, and see's how good of a choice the guys from the plains really are.

I imagine that he maybe doesn't have anyone who has taught him how this kinda thing looks.

Check his tape. He's got plenty of "dog". He just sucks at recruiting. Not every kid enjoys the process and the travelling. No idea if he will be a stud or not but it's dumb to judge him for not taking visits.

He's pretty flaky when it comes to visits. He's not come to AU a few times after saying he would. Also he's all over the place in interviews. One day he's close to committing then he's not. AU is his leader then they aren't then they are again.
None of that's bad or anything. It's just most kids get the game of recruiting and play it. He doesn't seem to, at least in my opinion
He's a stud at LB tho. Absolutely want him

Duke Williams played hard at game time, but was more trouble for a college team than he was worth.
Didn't say he was a terrible player, but this is not the first odd moment for him.

The only issues with him have been missing visits. I get the impression travelling is tough for his family. If he starts getting in trouble with the law or grades become a concern then maybe I will worry about him being a problem. But all he's done has been flaky about visits. That's hardly a sign of some hot head that we are going to have to deal with over the next 4 years
