Davidson says he is still 75% committed and that wins and loses doesn't matter to him that he looks for improvement, how the players and coaches react. He said he likes the way we have improved and we only have up 1 td so that was good. He also said he had a good visit to bama and they are coming after him. They know he is committed to auburn but don't care and think they can change his mind. That's from J Lee.

McArthur Burnett is a new target. 3 star DB committed to UF.

Derrick Brown was more engaged with the staff this weekend than he has ever been before. Starting to make up some ground on UGA it seems.

Things could heat up with3 star JUCO WR Dre Massey

Things still the same with Kyle Davis. We feel good but UGA is still lurking. His Dad wants him at Auburn.

Made a move with two top 2017 CB prospects. Deangelo Gibbs and Jameyest Williams.

Staff concerned with OL recruiting. Hasn't hit panic button yet. Let the foot off the gas with Demetri Moore. Price likely going to UGA. We feel good about Willie Allen but so do many other teams.

I really feel like we are gonna pull him. Just seems like he has spent a lot of time at Auburn. It might just me being too hopeful but I think chances are better than people think

We need him. I still think Stevens is going to have a solid year next season but outside of him no one on our roster makes me super excited

Really hoping this season doesn't dampen what seems to be a solid start in 2017 recruiting.

Would be stunned if we got Allen but pumped. Not sure why we struggling in OL recruiting this season. Seems like we have some PT available in the very near future

At WR, we still have Slayton. We haven't pulled his RS, and thank goodness we didn't. Would have been a waste, but if you think Stevens has a shot to be good, just wait.

I watched him a few times in HS, since he played at my Alma Matter. Multiple state titles in 100m/200m, and has pretty dang good hands.

If I had to compare him to anyone, I'd say Coates, but w/ much better hands.

We had 5 in last year's class but only 2 in the previous season with one of those being Dampeer. We have the top OL committed for next year's class but thought a few more tackles would be interested in us especially with rumors that Young & Coleman are going to leave

Stevens' blocking sucks. He's been more useful on the bench

The concern is OT. Our interior OL (C/OG) is set for years to come.

If both Coleman & Young go pro, Auburn's OT situation will be JRs Robert Leff & Will Adams then current redshirts Mike Horton, Bailey Sharp and maybe Tyler Car

Saw Stevens at the the roofless bar Friday, pretty sure he makes Amy Winehouse look plump

Horton will be a multiple year starter on one side, IMO. I haven't heard a negative thing about him since he arrived.

Shouldn't Stevens have been with the team spending night in Montgomery?

Willie Allen will sign with LSU.

I had high hopes for Stevens as well but he's a bust. No other way to put it.

Depending on what 'bust' means to you, I wouldn't label him one quite yet. With our QB situation what it is, I just can't label any WR a bust

If Stevens can figure out blocking though, I think he could be a solid WR option for us. I don't think it is unreasonable to think he could get 30-35 rec 500-550 yards .

Would be less than I hoped when he signed (so I guess "bust") but better than a lot of AU WRs over hte past few years

He's a Senior next season and has 14 career catches. That's a bust in my book.

Most 4* wrs have that as freshman

He is getting a ton of praise for sure, one guy doesn't make our OT situation good.

Even if Horton becomes a draft quality LT, RT still doesn't look to have a promising step in. If Horton got injured, we'd be in horrible shape

I wouldn't mind Leff being RT for a few years. When he is out there he seems more than capable of handling things.
