Who are we recruiting from Mobile this cycle?
There's about 4 or 5 but none of them have an AU offer yet. Of them my guess is only 1 gets an AU offer.

That's a shame. Deshaun seems to think we have a built in recruiting advantage there (Mobile) this year, but no-one to use it on.

Probably for the best though, since it's hard to see Davis, Williams, and Thornton combining to make a big impact as freshmen.

Yes and I should clarify it as MAY get an offer. He is shorter than our staff likes for DBs.

2015 Auburn Football Recruiting Thread Auburn is the leader for Jordan Colbert Right now it looks like we're the favorite for: 4*RB Eric Swinney 4*WR Jayson Stanley 4*LB Richard McBryde 4*DT Jauntavius Johnson 4*S Jordan Colbery 4*OG Nick Wilson 3*OG Tyler Carr 3*CB Darius Slayton 3*OG Marquel Harrell 3*TE Bowman Archibald

Out of that whole list, A 3* is possibly the best player (Slayton). And Stanley WAS a 3* and is a monster, himself.

Slayton is very good and I imagine his ranking should improve considerably. Has family ties to AU. State Champ in track, may have been 100 and 200 as a SO. I imagine he will be again this year.

Someone post that AUC OL Hotboard. Interested in seeing how they think the pecking order looks like.

Tyler Carr-visit next weekend
Dallas Warmack-#1 Center on AU board. Staff feels they are in the fight
Bailey Sharp-High on AU OT board. Grew up AU fan
Jovon Patterson-AUC says he's an OT target for AU. AUR says he's the #1 OG on the AU board
Kaleb Kim
Garrett Thomas-high on the OT board.
Nick Wilson-high ob center board. of the 4 considered main contenders (bama, LSU, TAMU) AU is the only 1 offered so far

Apparently Roquan Smith was on campus today. I saw a pic dated today posted by Admin (RIR @AUF). Also FSU/247 guy has said that he is 6' not 6'-2" as claimed. In the pic he is 6'-2" easy.
Was he supposed to visit today? First I have heard of it.

ETA: Was taken yesterday According to RIR , could be a mistake on RIR's end and actually be from a previous visit back on February 1st and not March like the post states.

This. Bryan retweeted it from a month ago. He also did that 2 weeks ago with a 8 month old Trent Thompson pic. I don't know why he does that. All it does is confuse people.

runs like a track kid, decent cuts and agility, would prob have to polish route running but most hs kids usually have to

Saguaro HS in AZ is a powerhouse. They regularly put out top prospects for the state and consistent contenders for state championships. Solid coaching and everything.

Yeah, I kinda figured that out. I went back after posting and it dawned on me, they were "discussing" Roquans height and RIR posted it for that.

D'Andre Walker is one of a handful of stud DE's in GA. May be my favorite. Plays under control and doesn't overrun plays often like many HS DE's are want to do.
