Is the Texas offensive troubles a factor in his recruitment?

I haven't heard anything on him in a long time. Just assumed we had a decent shot after hiring Muschamp.

Besides the AU basketball game Saturday night, what else will the recruits do over the recruiting weekend on 16th and 17th?

Just watched the Rivals interview with Payne and IMO he wants to pick AU. He did not sound happy with Bama at all because he does not want to play the 0 nor sit. If he picks Bama on Friday it looks like it would have "bought by the REC" written all over it.

Just bc a guy is getting a ton of outside pressure to commit to UA doesn't mean he's bought and sold.... But what do I know.

What recruit in the last 5 years or so were you guys most suprised by their signing w/Auburn?
I guess what I'm asking is have any "long shots" ever suprised YALL by signing out of nowhere?

I am not looking down at Bama for it. It happens many times at many schools. And you're right he may not be bought. His parents are Bama fans. It could be as simple as them saying we are not signing a NLI for you to play at Auburn. Parents or the guardian have to sign the NLI too. It's not binding if they don't.

Ivey said the reason he delayed the decision was "in-Home visits"
UF has already used there's. Auburn hasnt.

If they are still a long shot on NSD then it very unlikely. A lot can change from now to Feb though
