Diamond has great athleticism and could be great at OG but the kid just is always injured. I knew him a bit his freshman year and I swear, that kid was like the Dee Ford of OL

They visited Eric Swinney as well. A Bama buddy told me Jovon will still visit Bama. Is this confirmed?

Conflicting reports. AU reporters are saying no or highly doubtful. Bama reporters or reporters with Bama bias are saying yes. Nothing confirmed 1 way or another from Jovon himself.

I don't see an issue with him taking officials

Honestly, I really don't care what they report. Logic tells me that Jovon Robinson wants to be at Auburn. He proved that the first time he signed, and he has proven that again with this commitment. His interviews display the demeanor of a young man that doesn't want to play games in his recruitment. Not worried.

I agree.

And if/when he does take the officials, I feel its because he wants to be a man of his word, i.e. he had schedule the official prior to his commitment and the respective coaching staffs at those universities still want him to come.

So he will.

The kid wants to take a ride on the Gus Bus, so I ain't nervous at all.

I don't see him changing his mind. Like Santa said, he wants the rock and there's a very good possibility that he could be 3rd string at Bama next year. He's a day one starter at the barn, oh well, on to the next one.
BigBam's latest spin. Awesome stuff.

Just curious and this is not mean spirited in any way. Why do you put your set up statement after what you are quoting? I notice you do this quite a bit but it looks backwards to me. It seems more logical to put the set up sentence before the quote to let everyone know what they will be reading about.

Which part are you laughing at? He probably will be day 1 starter here.

Who would be in front of him at Bama next year? I get that Henry might be in front of him depending on pass blocking but I doubt that Yeldon is the starter by the end of the year if he continues having fumbling issues.

With us losing Grant and CAP, it is a real possibility that Jovon will be a day one starter for us but he won't just be handed the duties, he will have to work his arse off to get it.

Sorry, that's just the canned response every time they don't get somebody.

"X would be lucky to see the field here except on special teams for 2 years, but he'll start day 1 there"

ETA: If he were to flip to them before he enrolls, he'll magically be good enough to possibly start for them and compete for the Heisman in year 1.

QB/ATH Chason Virgil committed to MSU we were looking at him as an ATH not long ago. I wouldn't mind if we miss on Gibson and Locksley as long as we sign Jowon Pass next year

Virgil never had a commitable AU offer.

Don't sleep on Deondre Francois in this class at QB. He's a good'un. If we miss on TG and Kai he could very much be in play. As for 2016 it looks like Laslee has his sights set higher on Shea Patterson than Pass right now. Patterson was 13 of 14 for 338 yards and four touchdowns at his Spring game Friday FWIW. Lashlee was in attendance.
