Forgive me if it has already been posted but Spencer reaffirmed his commitment on his official. He plans on signing on the 1st day of the late signing period(Apr. 15) and arrive on campus May 26th for the 1st summer term.

Great news.

Auburn's figures to have more size down low in 2015-2016, but I think we will miss the 4 seniors, especially KT Harrell and Antoine Mason. We won't have as many shooters.

Canty is a shooter, Purifoy can hit some 3s, and Dunans is a slasher type but yeah I'm gonna miss how physical Mason was and how clutch KT was.

Not sad. Just figured people were too busy or lazy to watch a whole video.

His career FG % disagrees w/ You somewhat. 37.3% & 30.3 from downtown. He needs to improve his overall a good bit & from 3 a bit to be considered a shooter. He is a slasher an overall scorer though and projects to do very well as our Point.

Averaging 16 PPG as a true freshman is fine with me, as long as he can stretch the floor I'm good. He averaged around 8 assists per game as well.

Did KT's shooting improve under the new staff?

Looking forward w/o Mason and KT, I hope we don't rely on free throws as much. And 1's would be nice, but I just would like to see a more exciting version of our offense. It's understandable though looking back on the season the FT's would be a key component of our scoring due to smaller size.

Lastly, if you look at Horace's, Bryce's, Danjel's, TJ's, and New's Twitter accounts, they are consistently retweeting each other's stuff. I think they've already started bonding as athletes and are looking forward to being on campus together.

Yes by a large amount. KT went from 36% to 43.5%

We will, especially with a small team again next year. Guys like TJ Dunans and down low with Bowers + Spencer will be going to the FT line on the reg.

I thought it might have, but didn't want to say so because I didn't know for certain. Perhaps this staff can do the same for Canty, Horace, etc, especially with May-November to work with them.

Horace said on his OV he talked to Chuck and Adler about improving his shooting.

BMatt thinks Purchase will leave. If true we need 1 more attrition to bring in Spencer plus 1 more big which is expected. BMatt did not know who the other player to possibly leave was. I didn't notice it at the time but a poster said Jordon Granger was sitting 8 rows behind the AU bench at the UK game Saturday & didn't think that looked good. Did anyone else notice this and thoughts about it?

What big men do we have a chance at actually getting? Looking at any transfers?

I saw them cut to him but it looked to me like he was a lot closer than 8 rows up.

Just a guess on my part but I think Thompson will be the other player finding a new home.

He was 4 rows back and sitting with coaches families. They showed him during the broadcast. I didn't think it looked bad at all. He's still part of the team despite the suspension and deserved to be there to cheer for his boys.

Not known at this point accept maybe AU Basketball insiders.

BMatt did speculate he thought AU may look at grad transfers a la KC & Antoine.

Alex Hicks and Torren Jones are 2 JuCo's we are interested in with Hicks being the most likely of the 2.

Basketball is all about who can help now not who can help in 3 years. As long as Pearl is our coach we're going to continue to get better and in turn get better recruits. Reed needs to be replaced with someone that can help now and I think Pearl will do that.
