I would not relax yet. That's just from BM. I am hearing E-Rob is struggling. I am only saying this so you guys are aware that it may not as cut and dry as what BM is saying.

Roc's recruitment has drama right now because we are all projecting him. He has been pretty good about it all and not said anything bad.

I think by drama he just means that even after he commits somewhere, it won't be a done deal.

JUCO safety Derrick Moncrief ranked a 4-star by 247Sports.

I tweeted 247's juco guy, Brian Perroni, yesterday asking him when Moncrief would be rated. He said in the next 2 weeks. He is rated today. Now that is what I call service.

Also saw that Barton Simmons, JC Shurburtt, & Gerry Hamilton predicted Moncrief to Auburn this morning.

ETA: Here's what Prattville's coach said on NSD a year ago.
quote:

Among the more than 20 Prattville players who will sign today to play college football, Derrick Moncrief is the one former Lions head coach Jamey DuBose feels has the best chance to advance to play on the professional stage.

"He's got the ability to play in the NFL," said DuBose, who stepped down at Prattville last week to take the head coaching job at Florence High. "Of all the kids we got signing, he has the ability to play (professional ball). I think one day he'll be playing in the league. He's got a bright future."

Sounding like it is only a matter of time before it becomes public. I really like the type of safeties this staff is recruiting. King, Harding, Alexander, and Moncrief are all big, physical guys that kind of have that swagger. Something our defense has really been missing

Nice, just went and checked out his recruiting profile. He's ranked as the #6 JuCo player overall, and #1 safety prospect overall.

I love the additions of all these hard hitting, big safeties. Khari Harding, Brandon King, Derrick Moncrief, and MacKenro Alexander all in the past 2 classes with the new staff.

Looks like we have definitely moved away from the small secondary players.

Brannigan is probably too busy doing a celebration dance to post right now about how happy he is about Safeties not being 5'9 sub 180

Yesterday, Auburn offered 2016 Buford TE/DE Isaac Nauta. Already at 6'5 240.

Freshmen Highlights
Pretty impressive IMO.
