Meh, I feel like that kind of stuff is reading entirely too much into what recruits are saying.

Very possible but when there has not been much of a public lean one way or another you tend to look for clues or tells just like in poker.

Nick Ruffin's shoulder is messed up. Looks like it'll require surgery. He posted a picture on his Twitter.

Same. But he tweeted today that everything is good to go for him to graduate in December. If he's so determined to play right away, he made a good first step

Your clavicle is definitely not supposed to be broken in two places. I wonder how on Earth he managed to pull this off?

I had a friend that broke hers 4 times in just high school, one of which was caused by falling off a tube on the lake. Hopefully he'll be able to heal it up well before missing too much of football season. It's weird that almost all of Auburn's recruits are facing injuries.
It's a relatively easy bone to break. I had friend that fell snowboarding (normal looking fall) and he broke it. I knew a guy in soccer that took a kick to the upper chest/shoulder area and he broke his as well. It just depends on the angle it gets hit

FWIW he tweets the docs say he will heel in 3 to 4 weeks but
