I think LSU is. He can go there and compete with Anthony Jennings for the starter role next year.
I think he would be behind NM next year and then have to compete with JJ and possibly White in two years...that doesnt sound like what he wants.

If Nick Marshall is just average this season, it's going to be a competition in 2014. And what's the difference between competing with Johnson and competing with Jennings? The AU and LSU QB situations are very similar, that's not going to be what makes the difference
Hayden Rettig will torch Jennings in a competition there. If Cam Cameron can develop Rettig he'll be special at LSU.

Harris has the best arm and touch of this class, IMO. He would be the best QB on the team next year.

He's a talented QB but his accuracy is not on the top end of the spectrum.

SWhite would be the better fit in the QB corps because neither of these guys is beating out the guys ahead of him. And -- my feeling -- SW would handle this better. If BH was the perfect fit -- there isn't one til there is one -- Lashlee wouldn't be showing SW so much love.

I don't think anybody thinks BHarris sucks. I for one don't. It's just most of the more intelligent and discerning of us think SWhite is the take here.

No doubt he would be the take and is evident by the coaches telling him he is the #1 QB target. I just feel he is all LSU and being close to home for his dad is a huge factor. My position on White is that it gives me a sigh of relief if that is who we end up with rather than the other alternatives. Harris is who I would like.

I think we end up with White once Harris commits to LSU, and I'll be happy if/when it happens because White will be good, but until then Harris is the #1 guy
