How do we look with Shaun Dion Hamilton (Carver-Montgomery (Ala.) Rivals250 linebacker)?

I'm guessing he's a big target for us.

Depends if he gets a Bama offer. Lot of people think he will follow Jeremy Johnson and there is also DRAEQUON MURPHY that is on Carver and expected to be an early commit to Malzahn. Was an early commit to Arkansas State. Even if Bama offers it would appear that we would still have the edge it just wouldn't be a fun battle.

He has gone to multiple UOV to Bama and yet to receive an offer so it appears that it isn't coming anytime soon and he could be an AU guy

Sounds like there are a lot of good quality LB's to be had this recruiting cycle. I hope this staff can lock some of them down. Are there any in particular that look to be Auburn leans? What about Rashaan Evans from Auburn?

Supposedly Rashaan wants to look out of state. Will be a lot of pressure to go to Auburn though. I'll ask around to see if he runs with the Blaise and Reuben crowd at AHS.

Does DCraig have a son he wants to send to AHS?

We're in his top 4, and he's an Auburn legacy. I'd like to land him, but he could end up being a little bit of a project.

I've read that too. But in the end, I think we'll get him, being an AU legacy

Wasn't he one of those guys tweeting about the so called Foster/Dismukes deal?

I compare the Tre Williams-SDH combo to the Foster-Johnson duo of last year.

Tre Williams is this year's Reuben Foster in being one of the stud LB prospects in this class with SDH being the one overshadowed by Williams the way Foster overshadowed Trey Johnson.

Both are outstanding LBs that we DESPERATELY need. If we don't get both of these guys, I may give up hope of us ever having a quality LB corps again. I'm tired of missing on this position.

As hinted at in my previous post, I think Williams and SDH are the biggest recruits in this cycle for us.

Not only do we need these guys yesterday, but they're two of the top prospects in the state. It would be huge for Auburn to land both of them for a lot of reasons.

Yup.

But he also retweeted out that Alabama doesn't let black kids play QB. And he likes Auburn as well.

So who knows.

What does everyone think of Kain Daub at LB? He seems like a pretty good get. Anyone have some insight on him and his teammate Blake McClain?

This is a pretty good analogy. I actually see a lot of Reuben Foster's disruptive style of play in Shaun Dion Hamilton.

GA linebacker Kevin Mouhon was offered today

They are one of those schools I'm really interested in, but I'm still keeping my mind open to other schools. But Auburn has a slight edge."

How's this going to affect us with the Auburn guys? I know Reuben will be gone at the end of the year but how will Blaise and Trooper affect our recruiting if they're still in town?
