It happens every year. Posters like to feel they have an inside scoop and will tell any rumor or make up their own. It's hilarious.

I would love a year when we have a snow day on signing day.
I always think I am going to stay home from work but something always comes up. Usually not a very productive work day. Last year I had my desktop, laptop and phone all following different recruiting sites.

FWIW, everyone is still predicting RaShaan Evans to Auburn...except Alabama homer Demetric Warren. We have had a lot of recent predictions as well, even one today.

I remember last year the Friday before signing day the message boards exploded with several different hot topics. And did not slow down until after signing day.
This year seems calm by comparison.

Whether or not Saban is behind it I have no idea. But there is a huge need by the media for Bama to at least appear to be in it. I doubt Saban minds since he benefits as well.

Yeah, I can never take off this time of year but at least during the morning before I go to lunch, nothing gets done on NSD.
I don't stress about it though. It is exciting with some ups and downs but the only time I ever got pissed was the CyKo fiasco and only because I watched him commit to us then it hit the fan.

Last year, we had Reuben Foster on campus, and then not on campus, Carl Lawson and Montravius Adams on campus, and it was being treated as our big recruiting weekend of the year.
