if white had better measureables, he'd be a 5 star can't miss from day one.

Not really. Oxford's been 6A for a while, Since 2006.

Would've sworn they were 5A when we played them in 2010

Well it is North Alabama 6A football. It might as well be a class lower.

I'm cool with that, as long as we can start referring to 6A Region 3 as 7A.

Auburn
Opelika
Smiths Station
Central-Phenix City
Carver

My high school (Oxford) was in this region one year for soccer when I was in high school. I loved getting out of school early, but hated getting home late with school the next morning.

Meh. The old Region 6 with Hoover, Vestavia, Pelham, Oak Mtn, Mountain Brook, Spain Park, and Homewood would wipe the floor with that region.

Rough outline of the Smiths Station High School district:

Lotta rednecks in there.

School colors are effectively silver, black, and camouflage.

I graduated from Smiths in 2011, it's a pretty big school with Fort Benning close, they are up to like 1700 students. Plus Phenix City is growing and new complexes are being built around it. It's a really fast growing area. They just bought a brand new school too, with new facilities and whatnot. Replacing their ratty stadium too.
And yes, a ton of rednecks. Not a great football team usually. This year was pretty good, beat Opelika and Auburn in the regular season.

Nothing official that I've seen.

I know OVs that have been confirmed this weekend are:
Tre Williams
Stephen Roberts
That LSU commit. The DT. Can't think of his name
Braden Smith
Andrew Williams
Roc Thomas

I'm sure guys like Ruffin, Deshaun Davis will be there too.
