Have the Lawson's taken this large of a group anywhere else? Sounds good for us.

Lawson Sr. said that there is a reason that Lawson has not decommitted from AU yet. They are looking to have a final decision Monday and will call the coaching staffs of the schools to inform them of that decision.

Carl is looking for a place where if he didn't decide to play football that would be the school he wanted to go to.

Suck on that Farrell and Volnation

His speed and agility coach is the former UT player, I believe. Should lead to some interesting conversations this weekend.

If I were the Auburn coaches, I wouldnt want this guy present. However, this is a chance for the them to overcome whatever influence he thinks he has on Carl

Meh...just let it play out. It doesn't sound like Carl even knows where he will go right now, so I don't think anyone pretending they know is doing anything other than guessing and/or hoping.

I give big props to Carl and his family for handling his recruitment with such class and dignity. They have done it the right way in my book.

After reading the entire article I don't see Carl signing anywhere other than Auburn.

Ellis Johnson and defensive line coach Rodney Garner visited Lawson on Monday. According to Lawson, Sr. "Coach Johnson is distinguished -- a genius I guess," "Or if not a genius, then he's a defensive savant."

BM feels confident Carl remains in Auburn's camp. The fact Jenkins doesn't want people bothering him over Lawson seems to tell the story as well. Were Lawson going to UT I doubt you would have seen a tweet like this from Jenkins. Garner showing why he was needed badly in Auburn.

SIAP but Carl will not have a presser. He will call the coaches on Monday Feb 4th and let the coaches know his final decision. Also per JH, Auburn coaches will visit Folston tomorrow as well as ND.

Have any of the insiders given a reason as to why we started recruiting Toby Johnson again? Guess I could understand it more if Adams was out of the picture, but the guys are visiting on the same weekend.

Strange.

FWIW JC Shurburtt is now predicting Lawson to AU. So we can believe the Alexander to AU without giving Lawson to Clemson.
