Stay inbounds and we probably win. But tank probably thought he was in position to ice it, bama player made a smart play.

Moultry hit him. Don’t think there was any blitzing on the last drive.

The play that bothered me was the 3rd and 1 play that followed it. The one thing we didn't need to happen was lose 4 yards.

How about in OT #2 when he calls Tank up the middle (when Bama has this already figured out), stuffed. Then tosses it to tank on 2nd down, stuffed for a loss, then third and long let’s our one legged backup throw over the middle incomplete.

ETA: I don’t think Bobo knows how to get an offense in rhythm, and he seems to just look at the play card and pick a play.

We did a play or two, but probably should have blitzes more. DL was absolutely gassed that last drive.

I don’t know how they didn’t call grounding on the one where the WR just stopped and Young bombed it.

There was exactly 1 blitz the entire 4th quarter, and none in overtime. You know what happened on that one blitz play? Young panicked and threw the ball in the ground 2 yards in front of the WR. frick pussy arse Derrick Mason.

I thought they were going to hard count to try and get the D to jump offsides on the 3rd and 1, but nope just lost yardage instead.

Yeah we got pressure still without the blitz, but when we did blitz it caused Young a lot of grief.

Anyone talking about tank getting out of bounds is dumb. He recognized it and got dragged out.

Anyhow, we have no team without him. Pretty sure our DC gave up a 97 yard final drive with no blitzes.

Sorry. Tank should have sat down to make sure he was inbounds.

Once he decided to bounce it outside, and he went at an angle straight for the sideline, he was in trouble.

I see it all the time, where the RB knows its close to the sideline, and you make sure you don't let the defender grab you, by dropping down to avoid momentum or them driving you out of bounds.

He only decided to try to stay in bounds when his feet were a foot from the sideline. Too late.

Ofc there were other points near the end of regulation that also could have helped. Like 3rd and 1, and the line does absolutely nothing and Tank is dropped for a 4 yard loss.

When our backup is hobbling around half the game and everyone in America knew the game was going to come down to a clutch offensive play or defense pitching a great game then I think blaming the offense is little indirect to the actual problem..

Preach. Sadly it felt like the stadium kept waiting on bama to bust out. Our offense was anemic. We had no answers offensively.

I know TJ was banged up, but for someone who's 6'7" or so, I'd rather Bobo taken his chances having him fall forward for 2 plays in a row. I know, hindsight and all that...

Anybody else little extra depressed about the game Saturday? I know I am and I started watching the game completely emotionally detached. In the late third quarter while we were playing like a continuation of the first half I got sucked back in. And here we are. Telling myself I knew better.
