Maybe but he has some major things to work on for PG. He really needs to improve his defending and driving ability.

It's been a great game. I think we match up best with Harvard

Looking like it's gonna be Harvard.

Enosem-something is a beast for them... 23 and 17 before fouling out

...maybe they'll be tired. It's going to be a tough game tomorrow regardless. Harvard looks like they play with good discipline.

It'll be a quick turnaround for them... But they seem to play a pretty deliberate style... they scored 85 points in 45 minutes

Here's Harvards schedule... they're 4-6, but have an impressive six point loss at phog allen.

Can we add current RPI to the OP?

Look at this boys. We are #33 in the RPI after the win.

Also #19 in SOS. Just confirmed this is the highest RPI AU has had since finishing #32 in RPI in 2003.

I was just happy they went to overtime so they had to work their legs another 5 minutes.

Hard to take RPI seriously right now when Auburn is ranked ahead of teams like Arizona and UCLA.

Still, nice to see Bruce knows how to manipulate the rankings.

75% of your RPI score is based on opponent strength factors. Only 25% is based on your win% which favors road games. For example, a home win + home loss = 30? win% while road win+loss =50% win%

Arizona played a 200+ SOS and has played only 1 road game.

Auburn has a 16SOS and 2 out of 3 road loses with a road win + neutral site win

UAB just beat some spud school 116-43

That's gotta help, right?

I have never thought of RPI as great at individually ranking teams but rather a way to expose frauds and identify teams better than their record

It is very difficult to be top 25 RPI by about this time unless you are a quality team.

Teams with great records that are around 100 haven't played anyone or only home games

More than likely. 50% of our score is based on the average of our opponents win%. When our opponents win, our RPI goes up barring very extreme circumstances
