Florida is beatable right? It's not good that we're playing them away. I feel like if we can string 3 together, we can begin to establish some identity besides Canty hitting 3's.

We are 1-5 on the road I believe this year and I can't remember last time we won down there. It will take another big game out of both Canty and Bowers. We will see but my hope is we go 2-2 over next 4. That would be a solid showing for a team down 3 starters

MSU played them to the wire tonight much like they did to UK before we played them. Coincidence?

Yes.

I don't see us beating UF. They are very good defensively. But maybe they will struggle enough offensively to give us a shot.

Wondering where our RPI will be. Crazy to think a 9-8 team might be in the 60's tomorrow. It's fun to just be in the double digits. Though Santa Barbara is 6-9 and in the 70's. Something to enjoy considering we're likely to lose the next two.

The rivalry doesn't stop at football for a couple of our players.

66 in RPI. For anyone wondering, AUs SOS is 2nd in the SEC behind Florida and 14th in the nation.

For depressing news, teamrankings.com only gives us greater than 50% odds to win 2 more games on our schedule (Georgia and Ole Miss at home). Their model projects us as finishing 13-17.

The update their models after every game so these projections will change a bit.

They only had us winning 1 conference game prior to conference play starting.

I didn't see it then, but must have been right after the Christmas tournament and loss of dunans. Prior to that they had us winning 9 conference games and finishing 7th.

Im pretty sure it is just an algorithm they've developed that results are plugged into. That's why it changes as more info is gathered.

realtimerpi has us 8-10 and 15-15, and they've been really accurate with our games this year. Had us losing to UK by 1-3 points, and beating Bama by 8 or so. They haven't missed many as far as spreads.

As I pointed out for the Kentucky game, I also avoided watching this game. I also avoided the possibility of seeing any mention of it.

That's two in a row... and, yes, I intend to keep it up.

You're welcome again, bitches.

My wife has never seen Auburn lose a basketball game in person. That goes into the Barbee's last year

2013- Bama/UGA/State
2014- ULL/Xavier/Mizz
2015- UAB/GSU/UTK/UK/Bama

I beg her to go to more games. It is only weird if they don't win.
