What’s the appropriate NHL team for an Atlantan to root for?

Idk if it's the standard for Atlantans but I randomly picked the Lightning in 2015, so I got in while the getting was good lol

I guess the Caroline Hurricanes (Raleigh, NC) would be an option as well.

I avoided the Hurricanes just because I hate Charlotte sports teams, so I just dragged the hatred over into Raleigh too

The Knights were a minor league affiliate of the Lightning, so there is a (distant) connection to Atlanta that way.
Stan Drulia played four seasons for the Knights before getting a call up to the big club in Tampa.

I have moved to the preds, we are now in their market and have access to all of their games through the bally app, many are on Bally live. They are a much better run organization then the Thrashers ever were.

God I miss Knights games in the Omni. I was there when they won the Turner Cup.
