Honestly, I actually think that first part plays a role in why he doesn't. You see small guys like Antonio Brown get some extremely ticky tacky PIs.
Julio has always gotten screwed over with PIs and holdings, always. It's like the Week 14 game, a lot of Saints fans were complaining about the holding calls that were called against Lattimore and company on Julio.
They weren't bad calls at all, just finally calling them.
