The Saints look like a 7-9/8-8 team. Which is what everyone outside New Orleans basically predicted.
However, the Bucs at scary and the Panthers could be too. And we looked pretty meh Sunday with Sark dinking and dunking.

Look we wouldn't get treated with the same respect on the saints board but it's 1 game.
Still a long season for both teams. Anything is possible. ATL lost game 1 and went on a tear in the 2nd half of the season and made the super bowl when no one thought they would.
But that Sean Payton and AP spat was HILARIOUS.

I'd be pissed if I was AP as well, they can spin what they want about that encounter but it was clearly very heated. You can tell by AP's demeanor, he wasn't playing around.
I just wish we would trade or cut Ingram, he's dead weight and doesn't fit our system at all.
Also we don't have the Defense nor the Offense that Atlanta has, its a sad day when our offense even blows. 2 or 3 times within the 10 yard line and come away with a field goal, unacceptable every way you look at it.
Also for the record, I never thought the Saints would be "13-3" or some shite like that, I expected us to make the playoffs with the "improved"

Agreed, also no bitching about the refs from me. The Saints just didn't play their best game and we also lost a lot of key players throughout the game.

Thank you. Yes, 1-3 calls probably went our way but that's just how it happens occasionally. It could very well happen to ATL in the Dome. Good teams overcome them and just win.
Anyways, yep, see y'all on Christmas eve. Although, ATL better win on Monday night or it's all moot anyway.

Good, rational post. This is what I don't get. Neither team played well. The Falcons actually played ok as a team for the most part. Ryan just made 2 inexplicably bad passes. If neither team plays particularly well, why should the Falcons and fanbase feel bad or guilty about the win? This is why I'm triggered by all of the posts on the MSB.
If the Falcons played their absolute best game and only won because of key calls, then I'd feel pretty down about their chances the rest of the season.

I still don't see how the Saints don't have the division already locked up though, I believe all we need to do is win one more game and we clinch...that was last week's thing though. I need to see what we need in order to clinch now.

There's a bunch of different possibilities based on the last 3 weeks, which is why it should be fun.
-ATL can still win division but basically needs to win all 3 remaining games (very slim that'll happen).
-CAR can win division if ATL beats NO and CAR wins out (slim chance but possible)
-NO sits in the best spot seeing as how they've swept CAR. They just need to win this weekend and beat ATL and they should clinch (although they may need ATL to beat CAR or another CAR loss).
