Will Pache be ready next year? He is a 2020 guy.

Gonna be interesting to see what they do. They weren't that far off last season, but aren't at the level of the Dodgers.

Both proposals are awful. The D-backs aren’t giving up an ace, a solid outfielder, and a good bullpen piece for scraps no matter how much money we eat.
Grienke, Peralta, and Bradley straight up would probably cost Wright, Gohara, and Jenista to start, and would probably have to add more depending on money sent.

Why are we linking dumbass fan proposals from Reddit on here? I thought the people on this board were about rational discussion. Between this and the dumbass saints fans making a pathetic attempt to troll...

It wasn't so much that exact trade it's the idea of those guys being available and if they would be a good fit in Atlanta. So calm yourself and get your hotel reservations for Detroit.

lol...I'll pass on going to detroit. you are barking up the wrong tree, mutt, if you think I give a shite. Our program sucks at the moment and, like the Falcons, I've moved on for the time being. Enjoy Kirby though, he's a good one.
That said, I was probably drunk when I replied to you and I tend to post irrationally when that is the case.

Nats signed D'Backs Corbin to a 6-year deal. D'Backs in sell off mode, Nats building on what they have.
I don't want to trade the farm for Greinke but he may be available.

Scherzer, Strasburg and Corbin will be a very formidable starting rotation. I still think any of Cleveland's three starters can be had, but they'll come at an enormous price tag.

I think the Braves' path to the postseason is going to need to look a lot different than it did last year. Last season we feasted on our NL East opponents and either broke even or had a losing record against everyone else. I think this next season it will be imperative that we go something like 14-5 or 15-4 against Miami and do well against non-NL East teams and hope to break even against the Mets, Phillies (assuming they make a couple more splashes) and the Nats.

Yeah and improve our home record. We can and should be doing much better than 43-38 at Suntrust Park.

Braves and Rick Kranitz nearing a deal to become pitching coach. Kranitz was let go by the Phillies last year.

I like this because his name isn't Chuck Hernandez. Other than that, I don't know much about him other than Aaron Nola becoming really good last year
