New CBA was agreed to. Reported that the new salary cap is $8.5 million which means Atlanta United has something like around $3 million in cap space. Not even sure we can find someone to spend that on at this point.
This makes me suspect that both sides knew we could easily have afforded to keep Gressel. I think both sides kind of pointed to the salary cap as a convenient /no hard feelings reason when what was really going on was just a difference in valuation of Gressel. I don't know.

It’s being confirmed from Argentina that Atlanta United are set to sign 24-year-old right winger Manuel Castro.
It will be a free loan for 6 months with an option to extend it until the end of 2020. Then, there will be a purchase option of $3 million.

Well we lost in PK, the consensus is that our attack was non existent. Hopefully just adjusting to the altitude for next week
